OBJECTIVES AND GOALS

OBJECTIVE /VISION that inspired the founding of ATMA .

“Build a single platform for all the Malayalee Associations in and around Thane to face together their common challenges arising out of Social, Cultural, Educational and Healthcare needs.” 

GOALS set for ATMA based on the above OBJECTIVE :-

Build/develop within a set time frame and maintain the following institutions/systems:-

  • A Community Hall for people of Thane in general and Malayali minority interests in particular. 
  • Educational Institutions.
  • Promotion of Malayalam language.
  • Promotion of interaction with other Indian languages such as Marathi, Sanskrit, Hindi etc.
  • A centre to promote sports and games.
  • Hospitals for traditional & specialized treatments / therapies.
  • A cultural centre for promotion of traditional Arts & Fine Arts of Kerala.
  • A website to cover all aspirations of Thane Malayalees.
  • Any other activity of common interest.
